What if you feel you are being harassed by a manager but it is not about racism, sex, etc-you don't know why your manager is harassing you? I have worked as a nurse in a hospital in Northern Cal for the past 8 years and have been an excellent employee. I have been a nurse for 33 years and have never had any problems, nor has management ever had any reason to complain about me until the last 1-1/2 years. The things she says about me have no factual basis and I feel like she is trying to harass me enough that I will quit, yet I feel I have no recourse. HR literally said she is right because she is the manager & I am wrong & wouldn't even let me voice my concerns. Maybe I should just quit but I am so frustrated that a manager can just say anything about an employee, without any evidence to back it up.

If the workplace is not good enough and have some kind of harassing environment then, you should talk to your owner about it. You should get the workplace violence prevention training to face the difficulty situations.

Your post is a great reminder that even small actions can have a big impact. By starting a vermicompost bin, we can all do our part to reduce waste and improve soil health. Thanks for the motivation!
